Safety Qualification and Reporting

BP Pipelines considers safety performance of every contractor on our jobs to be an important management responsibility. Before hiring a contractor, BP considers a variety of safety performance indicators including insurance (EMR) and OSHA incidence rates.

In order to track this performance, every contractor performing work is requested to report key data for all of their BP Pipelines projects and activities on a quarterly basis to our home office. Your field job representative, project manager or construction coordinator should explain this process to you during project initiation.

We normally collect the data via our quarterly direct mail solicitation. The data is entered on a simple one-page form and submitted to our offices via fax.

If you lost or misplaced the reporting form, the links below provide several formats to download a blank form for 2001 and instructions.
