Asset Description

Black Lake Pipe Line Company is a 306 mile common carrier NGL pipeline system that is FERC regulated, originates at the Cotton Valley station in Northwestern Louisiana and terminates at Mont Belvieu, Texas. The system consists of a 254 mile trunkline and the 52 mile idled Rosepine lateral that originates at the Master Creek Station in Louisiana and terminates at the Wiergate Station in Texas. The System connects customers through 6 stations in Eastern Texas and Western Louisiana to Mont Belvieu, Texas. The system has a capacity of 43,000 bpd. The system is composed of 65 miles of 6” pipeline and 189 miles of 8” pipeline. Receipt points in Louisiana include: Cotton Valley, Minden, and Black Lake. Receipt points in Texas include: Wiergate/Jasper, and Raywood. Delivery point in Texas: Mont Belvieu
